Maximize efforts to train Iraqi police and military
- Install renewable energy sources in Iraq, such as wind
turbines and solar panels
- Provide employment by reinstating the state industries
- Help negotiate power-sharing and peace plans with the Sunni,
Shiite and Kurds
- Remove our forces when Iraq's police and soldiers are trained
